Cookie policy
What this policy covers
Spics Digital Marketing SH.P.K. (DigiDent) is the controller for the cookies and similar storage on your device described here, on www.digident.app and on portal.digident.app.
Law No. 04/L-109 on Electronic Communications (Article 86(3)) requires clear and full information, including what the storage is for, and a right to refuse, except for storage strictly necessary for a service you have explicitly asked for. Where the information identifies you, Law No. 06/L-082 also applies. Nothing optional loads before consent, rejecting is as easy as accepting, and silence is never consent.
Items in the Necessary category are always on and, under that exemption, need no consent: they are used only for the purposes below. Items in the Analytics category are off until you accept them. The site is not aimed at children under 16.
Necessary storage
On www.digident.app, necessary storage remembers your language, only when you click EN or SQ, until you clear it, and your cookie choice, for 6 months. If you browse without doing either, nothing is stored. There are no other cookies, ads or tracking pixels.
The app at portal.digident.app uses only necessary storage, so it shows no cookie notice. It keeps you logged in, protects against forged requests, remembers the app's language and display choices, and keeps the app's files for offline use, with no patient data.
Staying logged in after you close the browser, for up to 30 days, goes beyond what logging in itself needs. You can refuse it at any time with “Sign out”, which ends it. On shared computers, always sign out.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) runs only on www.digident.app, only if you accept it, so we can see how many people visit and what they read. The legal basis is your consent (Law No. 06/L-082, Article 5(1.1)). It sets the _ga cookies, which tell visitors apart and track the current visit, for up to 2 years after your last visit. It collects the pages you view and what you do on them, the page you came from, your device type, your browser and an approximate location from your IP address, which it does not store. We never send Google your name, email or form contents.
Google signals and advertising features are off. Google keeps the visit data for 2 months (our setting). Your browser sends it directly to Google LLC, which also processes it in the US and takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (see the Privacy policy).
Giving, changing or withdrawing consent
On your first visit, choose “Reject all”, “Accept all” or “Settings”. Rejecting changes nothing on the site. You can change or withdraw your choice with one click under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or here:
Withdrawing stops Google Analytics at once and deletes the _ga cookies; data Google already has is deleted when its 2-month period ends. Earlier lawful processing is not affected (Law No. 06/L-082, Article 6(3)). We ask again after 6 months, or sooner if a service that needs consent changes. If you clear site data in your browser, the website forgets your language and choice, and the app logs you out.
Changes and contact
We update this policy when what we store, or why, changes. We announce significant changes on the site before they take effect and email them to customers. This version replaces the earlier one. The Albanian version prevails.
