Yes, doctors and receptionists have different access in DigiDent. There are three roles: clinic admin, doctor and receptionist. Each person has their own account and sees what their work needs. ### What happens to the patients I have in Excel or a paper notebook? DigiDent doesn't import patients from Excel or other software. Whether they're in Excel or a paper notebook, you add patients as they come in, and each record builds up visit by visit. We enter your services and prices with you before your first patient, and the clinic admin can download revenue reports as CSV, which opens in Excel. ### How do I digitise my dental clinic with DigiDent? The data processing agreement also has a clause for clinics in Albania, under Law No. 124/2024 on the protection of personal data. ### Where are clinic and patient data stored? DigiDent stores data in the European Union. Patient records belong to the clinic, and DigiDent processes them only on the clinic's behalf and on its instructions.
